What to Consider & Ask Your Artist:
If you are unsure which PMU brow technique is right for you, set-up a permanent makeup consultation to go over all of your options and assess your brow and skin needs.
If you have sensitive skin or are allergic to anything, be sure to ask your artist about the products being used and possibly to spot test beforehand.
If you use retinol, chemical peels, Botox, or take Accutane, please consult with us and do your research beforehand because these products may make your skin more sensitive and disrupt the results.
If you are pregnant or breast feeding, you cannot have these treatments done.

Will my Eyebrows look fake?
NO! Microblading and Powder Brows are done using a cosmetic tattooing process and our eyebrow pigmentation unique artistry resulting in soft, natural looking eyebrows. When we implant pigment in the skin, it appears more natural looking than even topically applied cosmetics.
How do you choose which brow technique is best?
We will evaluate your skin type, your brows and what look you are wanting to determine if microblading, Powder brows, or a combo brow is best for you!
How do you choose the shape?
We choose a shape and style together. At the beginning of the procedure, Veronica will draw in a suggested shape for your new brows then you will work together to perfect it according to your preference. Measurements are taken to check symmetry and position before the actual tattooing begins.
How do you choose a color?
The artist will assess your skin color & skin type and chose a pigment that will best suit your desired results.
What to expect during the Process:
First, we will assess your skin type, your brows and what your ideal outcome is.
We then brow map your brows to create your ideal shape/look.
We will apply a numbing cream to lessen or even eliminate pain.
Now we begin the permanent makeup process.
Lastly, we apply soothing cream to the area to help with any discomfort and begin to alleviate any redness.
Say hello to your stunning new look!
Will it Hurt?
We take every precaution necessary to ensure the procedure is as pain free as possible. Some clients find the procedure a little uncomfortable, whereas other clients report no discomfort at all. A combination of 2 anesthetics are used, first a topical numbing cream and then a numbing gel is introduced once the procedure has begun. This is topped up regularly during the treatment to keep you comfortable. Similar to our other PMU services.
How long does it take to do?
Investing an hour or two of your time can make you beautiful for years to come. The procedure is split into 2 appointments, which are 4-8 weeks apart to allow for the healing process to complete. The initial procedure will take from 90 to 120 minutes, and your second appointment takes from 30-60 .
How long is the recovery or healing time?
Many clients can walk right out the door, ready to show off their new brows. Initially stronger in color, your new brows will soften to a natural looking and beautiful color in two to three weeks. Working out or sweating shouldn't be done for about 10-14 day because it effects the healing process.
What will they look like immediately after the procedure?
Your brows may be a little puffy, minimally red. This is all very normal. They will be considerably darker for the first week, before they begin to fade out to a softer color.
Does it hurt afterwards?
The area can be a little sore for the first few hours and then tender to the touch for a couple of days.
Will I Need a Follow-Up Appointment
Yes! All permanent cosmetic procedures need a follow-up appointment at 4 weeks and we ask the client to plan for maintenance appointments.
Will they fade?
Metabolism, sun exposure, medications, product ingredients, retinol, retin-A, some facials, laser treatments, chemical peels, skin pen, smoking, hormonal changes, thyroid disorders, poor healing, oily/dry skin & much more has a direct effect on the rate at which these pigments fade. Our skin is an organ & is constantly breaking down this pigment. Annual maintenance is recommended but a sooner touch up can be necessary. Because this is a cosmetic tattoo we use pigments that are formulated to fade over time. This prevents clients from having unwanted undertones that come with permanent tattoo inks that are in the skin being metabolized for 5+ years. We offer 2-4 month, 4-9month & 9-12month touch
How long does the procedure last?
This varies from person to person and depends on whether or not you get the recommended touch up/ second session within 8 weeks of the first session but on average last from 12-18 months after your initial microblading session.
Are there any side effects during or after the procedure?
During the procedure there may be some minor bleeding. This will depend on the client. If a person is taking blood thinners on a daily basis, then some slight bleeding may occur. Bruising is rare but if a person is on blood thinners, then bruising can occur. There is usually some tenderness for a few days. The color appears much darker than you may expect for the first six to ten days. PLEASE ADVISE your artist of any blood thinners before booking.
